DXH is for players who want to be coached, challenged, and developed the right way. We work best with athletes who care about getting better, accept accountability, and are willing to compete every day in practice and games.
DXH is not for players or families looking for guaranteed playing time, a casual environment, or a hands-off coaching approach. We hold standards and expect buy-in.

DXH focuses on middle school and high school age groups. Offerings can expand season to season based on talent, coaching availability, and overall fit.

A DXH season is about 8-10 weeks long. We run 3 separate seasons. (Spring summer and fall)
these includes consistent weekly practices, competitive weekend tournaments, and an emphasis on development throughout the entire season.
- Practices are held in libertyville Illinois and weekend games will very. - expect wisconsin area, chicagoland area. and local suburbs- places like florida are possible (during summer) but depend on parents/players availability.

Playing time is earned. It is based on effort, preparation, practice habits, and impact — Every player will be developed, but minutes are not guaranteed.

Development happens daily — through detailed practices, game feedback, accountability, and putting players in situations that challenge them to grow. - Something I personally love is live “read and reacts”, you cannot grow being in a robotic system, so having variables that change really helps develop these players.

the Program fee ($1250) cover’s gym time, coaching, tournament entry fees, full uniform and operational costs associated with running the team. Specific inclusions may vary by season.

Due to upfront costs and commitments, program fees are generally non-refundable. Any exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

DXH primarily operates on a season-by-season model, with each season carrying its own fee.
For families who want to commit long-term, a full-year option is available at a discounted rate.
